"He has a sixth sense when it comes to homes. We hired Michael to assist with our purchase in Willowdale. We found our perfect spot and bought. During the inspection we were standing in the kitchen with the home inspector. Michael kept staring at the ceiling and said “Something is not right”. To everyone else, the room was perfect. He stood on a kitchen chair and started feeling the ceiling. Michael said “Latent Defect” and asked the home inspector to get a moisture meter and test the ceiling. This is crazy, I thought.
