The inspector tested and found a high concentration of moisture in the ceiling. A one inch hole in the flashing was discovered on the second floor. Michael called the other realtor immediately. Said the leak was not disclosed by the owner. That evening he negotiated $8000 off our purchase price. It was then we realized how exceptional Michael really is. "
